Your samples will be presented to
you within 3 business days after we receive your payment.

After we receive your payment we
will create a personal web page for you where we will upload your samples.
Q 4 | How many changes
may I ask for my logo?
Unlimited changes can be applied
to your chosen logo, until you are 100% satisfied.
Q 5 | What if I don't
like any of the initial designs?
In such a case you will be
presented 3 completely new design concepts.
Q 6 | What if I have
my own idea for the logo?
Any ideas or requests you may have
for your logo, you may indicate that in your logo request form or contact your
project coordinator.Please be as specific as possible.
Q 7 | Can you redo my
existing logo?
Yes, please provide us with the latest
version of your logo, and mention it in your logo request.
Q 8 | Do you make
logos for products, titles, or names?
Yes, we create any type of graphic
identity.
Q 9 | When I view my
stationery on the website it seems to have different
colors from my original logo?
Yes, it happens because we match
your logos RGB colors with Pantone colors for your stationery. Pantone colors
may appear different on screen because we match them on the Pantone chart as it
will appear when it gets printed. You will get a version of your logo in RGB
colors as well.
Q 10 | Who keeps the
rights of the created logo?
All the rights of
the Artwork and Logos we create for our customers belong to our customers. But
we will have the right to display the designs on our portfolio with the client
details.
Q 11 | Do you do
printing?
No, we do not take up any printing
work.
Q 12 | Do you design
brochures?
Yes, we do brochure designs as
well. Please contact our Support team.
Q 13 | What software
do you use to create the logo?
Our designers work with multiple
software application, mostly Adobe Illustrator.
Q 14 | What all files
will be included in the final delivery of the logo?
The final logo
design files will be optimized for the web (.GIF or .JPEG), high-resolution
image (.TIFF), Photoshop EPS (.EPS) file and Vector Format for Print medium.
Flash files would include the SWF, FLA and EXE formats along with Transparent
SWF.
